Less Pressure in Tinnitus Ear

So recently got mild tinnitus after a cold. After ENT stop by, seems like I loss some hearing in my left ear. I notice if I hold my nose and blow, my good ear feels pressured and has fullness to it, while my bad ear has less pressure/fullness. Any idea what could this be?

 

Probably eustachian tube dysfunction, it doesn't always have to be euqal in both ears. Not uncommon for ears to be clogged for weeks even a month or two after a cold.
