      WHAT IS THIS!

Every time I move my head fast to the right my left ear gets a 5x loud that goes away as I stop moving!

Some movements give me a loud fleeting spike, such as sitting up, sitting down, moving my head fast.

I don't know what this is but it's just in my left ear, my left ear also feels like it has muffled hearing and a bit of pressure/fullness... this is driving me crazy! It's basically a spike everytime I make sudden movements.

I cannot tell what gives you the spike, but it could be that these sudden movements gives an increase in neuron activicity which your brain translates to a spike in tinnitus. There are many more people that can alter the loudness by moving their head/neck, that is very common. I can change the loudness by clenching my teeth. Maybe it's an idea to ask an ENT doc for his/her opinion.
