Me Again (Sorry) — Is It True That Tinnitus Gets Worse Before It Gets Better?

As a new sufferer I am sorry if I post to much.
I was wondering if is true that T get worse before getting better.
Also did anyone experienced having T during and after sinus infection (or very bad cold) and then T fade and become nearly inconsistent?
I think my T is getting better (I can hear it just if I am in a very silent room and is very low)
Some spike in the morning (dr said cause during the night the mucus stacks i the nose and ear)
I also started my anti anxiety meds after 4 weeks off cause my dr said my T is 90% from anxiety and stress.
I am just wondering if what the dr said is true and if anyone had the same exp.

Men, you did it. You will be a success story in couple of weeks. Don't stress about it, give it time, and protect your ears always from now.

wow mate I hope u r right. Yes atm I am protecting my ears from everything. This T was an alert for me. No more headphones, no more unhealthy living and a lot but I mean a lot of sharing and helping the research about T.
