Melatonin Producing Glasses

      Not sure if I can post this but since there was a thread on melatonin I wanted to share what I've been recommended to use hours before bed, while watching tv or being on a computer.
      Glasses that block blue light so your body starts producing melatonin getting you ready for sleep.
      I've only just started using them.

      Just turn the blue intensity down in monitor/tv RGB settings. No need for glasses.
