My Ear Was Popping and Now I Have Hearing Loss (Please Help)

My ears have been popping for the last 3 days but tonight my left ear got more full than usual and wouldn't pop for an hour (i could barely hear out of it).

I was getting small pops but they where just making it worse.

I panicked and did the valsalva manuever but that seemed to worsen things.

Please help, what should I do, has anyone had similar problems.

 

Sounds like your sinuses clogging up your tubes.
Try steam inhalation and sudefed might help you also.
Have ears checked also.
