Need Some Good Support (Can Moving Your Head Make Tinnitus Worse?)

Hello everyone I have had tinnitus for 6 weeks from sinus infection my social life is ruined and all my friends are worried about me I'm thinking of going back playing sport and I'm wondering can moving your head make T worse?

 

This is a question for which only your ENT can give you an educated answer.

 

I think that you should leave on the side the possible worsening of T from the more movement of the infected mucus, let the solving of the problem in the care of your ENT and immune system, and move freely so you do not slip into a worse depression, improve blood circulation, save your social/normal life, which are also important in the healing process. Get out with your friends and do not stay inside in an upright position to listen to your T, cause this definitely will make you worse.

 

If it isn't consuming you, don't let it. Look after your ears and your general health, but don't let it stop you living your life. Life isn't a rehearsal.
