I just did the valsalva maneuver and now there is a feeling of fullness in my left ear. What can I do to get rid of it

Swallow or open your jaw wide and exhale.

The Valsalva maneuver overpressurizes your middle ear. When you swallow it'll reset the middle ear pressure to ambient atmospheric pressure.

Some yawns did the trick but then i blew my nose alittle too hard and there's residual fullness. I hope it equalizes naturally over time.

I did the valsalva when I had some sinus congestion. Is it plausible that I blew shit into my ear T.T?

people really should be informed on when NOT to use this maneuver

Don't do it when sick as it can force some of the infection into your tubes.
