A few days ago I got a new tinnitus sound in my left ear (which is relatively quiet) from out of nothing, and my left ear feels strange when someone talks loudly. There's an uncomfortable feeling of pressure when someone talks. I just walked outdoors and when wind entered my left ear, it started to whistle loudly. I can also hear the tinnitus sound very loudly when yawning.

Can this be related to earwax or muscle tension? Or have I developed hyperacusis + tinnitus? Should I see an ENT ASAP?

Have you been exposed to any loud noise recently?

Go and check if you have a build up of ear wax at your doctors. Muscle tension in the neck and shoulders can cause weird sounds and sensations in your ears too. Or it could be a eustation tube issue perhaps.
