      Hi all,

I developed tinnitus a little over a week ago. I am unsure of the cause, although I suspect it has something to do with the Wellbutrin I was taking as well as the use of earplugs due to my husband’s snoring. I believe both of these things could have either A) brought on my tinnitus or B) brought my attention to tinnitus that I’ve had but was unaware of.

Anyway, I wanted to join a forum for those times where I’m in need of a little extra boost of support, as well as to provide that boost for others. For reference, the sound I hear 99% of the time is a very high pitched, constant ring. Occasionally, I will hear a deeper ring more consistent with a siren.

Welcome to the forum. It is probably more likely to be caused by Wellbutrin. It is known to cause ringing for many members. A search on that will yield many prior discussions. Good luck. God bless.
