      Hi,
My name is glynis and I have severe Bilateral tinnitus due to having Bilateral Menieres for ten years and over .
I am well up on tinnitus and Menieres and been on the BTA forum since 2011 giving good advice and take calls and emails and texts.
I also run a tinnitus support group with Dot at dDeaflinks in Shelton.
Happy to be here and help members also having problems with tinnitus and the unwanted emotions it can cause and help with Menieres Disease also...lol glynis

Hi @glynis another memeber gave me your contact info because I think I might have meniers disease as well.. I started getting this vertigo feeling not too long ago and it came on so sudden I barley noticed it. Until I began sitting down and feeling it, laying down and feeling it. The only time I don't really notice it is when I'm standing. Idk what else this could be and it's so hard having no one to talk to about this.. could I text or email you?

Vertigo can be caused by a few causes, Meniere's being one of it. If that is proven the case. Glynis is your best source of information here. If it is due to BPPV, like what I once had, it is easier to fix. Simply follow this exercise created by this lady MD and it will help. I did the exercise once or twice and my vertigo was gone and never come back. Good luck. Take care. God bless.
