I put some of those pre-cooked ones out of a plastic bag into the microwave at work, shared them with some colleagues.
No doubt yours taste infinitely better! But beggars can't be choosers, right ;-)

I am embarrassed to say I cannot make a pancake. :( I have tried. Epic fail.

But when we go traveling in Maine, my husband picks out b&bs for us to stay in where they offer blueberry pancakes in the morning. Fresh blueberries. It is heaven.

About a year ago I decided to make pancakes for Sunday breakfast, even though I feared the sugar content would make my tinnitus worse. To my surprise, it made no difference! So now I make pancakes a couple times a week and Belgian waffles a couple times a month. No butter added, just a drizzling of real maple syrup. :woot:

I only remembered that it was Pancake day after having eaten a massive curry......so had no stomach room.

So, I'll make savoury pancakes today stuffed with roasted veg and topped with cheese....washed down by plenty of wine. Food/drink have no effect on my tinnitus.

      Fungus.

Oddly enough, I have been eating alot of pancakes in the last week; I hadn't had any in a very long time.
I don't like maple syrup, but I do like boysenberry syrup or apricot preserves on my pancakes with butter. Today I put diced bananas in the batter and only topped it with butter; was great. Bananas make it very naturally sweet.
I always put twice the amount of egg as the recipes say to. It makes the consistency more like that of crepes.

Hah! I know I am late to this discussion, but "pancakes" is my favorite topic in the whole entire UNIVERSE!!! :) :) :)
And if you knew me offline, you'd know that is true!

Well, actually, the truth, more accurately stated, is that MAPLE SYRUP is my favorite thing! And pancakes are the maple-syrup-delivery vehicle of choice!

Therefore, @Cheza, this post may be the most "supportive" post on the entire support forum. For me, at least!

      Onward, pancakes!!!

I live in Turkey. Pancake is not a famous thing here. I have never eaten it before so I'm kind of jealous all of you :(

All you need is flour, milk, eggs. And something nice to put on them when they're done :hungry:
