I did a hearing test on YouTube but I could only hear between 10- 12000 hz. Almost everyone in the comments section could hear around 17000 hz. So the question is: Could this be a possible hearing loss? I'm really concerned about it.

There are a lot of factors at play here. First the quality of the youtube video you watched, then your headphones. The volume you play the video at is also important. I suspect most of the people who report hearing 18 khz + are teenagers and probably playing the video way too freaking loud.

ENT and hearing test! The only way to be sure.

online hearing tests can’t be trusted.

Online hearing tests = too many variables including your computer used for listening to sounds. I agree with advice above, go in and get a proper hearing test and even a high freq hearing test. Then you can compare it to any previous hearing tests you have had. If you haven't had any or not for a long time, then this can serve as your baseline for your next hearing test.

All above comments are very true. We run the risk of using computers to turn ourselves into hyperchondriacs if not careful. See an ENT. They know what they're doing and can tell you for sure. Plus if you do they can help with positive things you can do about it.
