Prednisolone (Gupisone) Steroid Pills After a Loud Bang?

I've just experienced a loud bang from a shop closing its doors, like these metal roll things, idk what you call them, so my tinnitus has spiked and ears feel a bit full, is it a wise choice to take a course of steroid pills tomorrow morning?

 

I suggest you start using either earplugs or supplementing with N-Acetyl-Cysteine and Acetyl-L-Carnitine, as it protects hair cells from damage. They work better together.

 

It's to late for ear plugs .. But I was taking nac already 600 mg / day

 

Take a single dose of 1,200mg should help.

Sure. It helps protect hair cells from damage and could help with spikes. If not, do what you said you were doing with the steroids.
