I believe these products are based on fake science and the CEO of Zenith Labs is a scammer, here's my reason. These products hold scientific inconsistencies, this company uses shady advertising methods like fake paid actors, automated bots on social media, they promote a plethora of conspiracy theories, and finally the owner of Zenith Labs can be logically confirmed to be a medical scammer. All the evidence in this thread will be sourced directly, one can come to the same conclusion as I did by following the trail of evidence that I have provided.

Dr. Ryan Shelton is a Alternative Medicine Practitioner, or as he labels himself a "Naturopathic Doctor" which is not a real licensed medical doctor but rather a non-scientific practice that holds Controversy especially for people who suffer from muffled hearing, tinnitus, and noise-induced pain/discomfort such as myself and would like to see real science based medicine address these issues.

Zenith Labs the sister organization of the now semi defunct SparkHealthMedia scam, Zenith Labs is a alternative medicine company owned by a medical scammer in Auckland New Zealand named Daniel Toh, however it's mascot and only public representative is "Doctor" Ryan Shelton. Mr. Shelton sells consumable all-natural supplements claiming to treat various medical conditions "Nature's way" some of these conditions cannot be appropriately addressed by conventional modern science and alternative non-science based medical practitioners like Ryan Shelton believe they have answers where science doesn't such as addressing "hearing loss, tinnitus, and whatever poor definition of the word "hyperacusis" is, as well as other conditions claiming nature has all the answers.

Here's some flattering photos of Dr. Shelton that in itself give off the idea of what kind of 'Doctor" he is.

Below are links with CRUCIAL EVIDENCE about Sparkhealthmedia, the LLC owned by Daniel Toh, important posts have been linked some show direct evidence of it being a medical scam.

Vital information SparkHealthMedia products's and why it is a scam.

PROBLEM! PRODUCT CLAIMS COCHLEAR HAIR USUALLY GET WITHERED RUSTED DRY, INSTEAD OF DYING.
      unknown.png

This may be a sad attempt by quack Dr. Shelton mimic real science, it seems it vaguely tries to mimic the legitimate research of Havard Professor of Otology Charles Liberman, discovering that Cochlear hair cells can lose the majority of their synapses without the hair cells dying due to loud noise exposure, and further research about how to get a new synaptic connection between spiral ganglion cells and cochlear hair cells which basically will improve hearing in background noise and reduce tinnitus. This is a stretch of course to compare quackery to real science, but it's based on the concept that hair cells damage rather then hair cell death. Which seems to the case since hair cells lose their synapses.

Zenith Labs "HearingX3" and the previous known scam product "Medicine man hearing remedy" or any of these products makes no mention of cochlear ribbon synapses alltogether. However it does mention hair cells being in a damaged state of withering and rusting which I cannot find any real medical sources to verify this claim about hair cells.

Also it makes a claim "hair cells in the ear drum"? But the problem is hair cells are in the cochlea!!!

They must be stupid for making this huge error. It does this multiple times and there's even a video clip of it.

How does this shady product add up with the current research about tinnitus?
      unknown.png

PROBLEM! Zenith Labs model is centric to the myelin sheath!
They claim the pathology of tinnitus and hyperacusis is centric to "a lack fat around the auditory nerve"
      Source: http://honestforexreviews.org/zenith-labs-soundquility-review/
      http://keepcalmandcruise.com/zenith-labs-soundquility-review/
      (automated reviews)

      Current research model of tinnitus
      https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4208401/
      unknown.png

      Simplified model of tinnitus

In a healthy hearing person the ear and the brain have a two way conversation sending information back and forth, if the ear fails to send enough information to the brain due to a hearing deficit, the brain has the potential to generate it's own input, this is similar to phantom limb syndrome in which a person feels a lost limb.

      http://www.jneurosci.org/content/22/6/2383
Neurons in the auditory brain represent nervous tissue in the inner ear.
Killing the nervous tissue in the inner ear causes the neurons to become disorganized, since they are no longer working as representatives of cochlear nervous tissue, so the neurons fire spontaneously in the audiotory brain sometimes after hearing is loss. This is literally tinnitus and a form of hyperacusis called "loudness hyperacusis"

Lack of myelin around the auditory nerve can generate tinnitus and hyperacusis, but it isn't the root cause because THERE IS NO ONE ROOT CAUSE OF TINNITUS.

      unknown.png
      https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2686891/

Hyperacusis research compared to Zenith Labs pseudo-science medicine
*Take note hyperacusis research is in its infancy and the biggest news seems to be
that there is most likely at least two-three separate forms of hyperacusis, I will not be including psychological forms of hyperacusis.

      source: https://www.entandaudiologynews.com...iological-mechanisms-of-hyperacusis-an-update

1: Loudness hyperacusis: Sounds are hyper amplified by the audiotory brain which can make them sound REALLY LOUD, believed to be hyperactivity of nerve cells in the audiotory brain also responsible for the preception of tinnitus. That's right, in some cases of tinnitus"loudness hyperacusis" is basically hypothesized to be caused by the same mechanism.
      unknown.png

2: Pain hyperacusis (noxacusis): A horrible, poorly documented medical condition causing Burning, aching, numbness, itching, acid under skin sensation from noise deeming some to call it Noise Induced Pain. Research suggest noxacusis is cochlear noiception and or peripheral neuropathy of cochlear nerve fibers. It is believed to be caused by a small minority of outer hair cell nerve fibers when the ear is exposed to noxious noise 120+db or damaged in specific ways.

      unknown.png
      https://www.entandaudiologynews.com...avelling-the-mystery-of-hyperacusis-with-pain

      TTTS/Trigeminal nerve irritation hyperacusis
This is still not certain where it fits in, if it's related to rewiring in the auditory brain, or cochlear nociception or something else.
      source: https://www.entandaudiologynews.com...avelling-the-mystery-of-hyperacusis-with-pain
      unknown.png

There is a connection between the tensor typani (ear drum muscle), dorsal cochlear nucleus (auditory brain) and the trigeminal nerve (a large network of nerves branching through out the face)
      https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5562182

There is A LOT more to research and it is very complicated, this is just a amateur laymen-ized way of explaining things. Please do not view my post as 100% scientifically accurate, go directly to the sources and read them yourself. I am not a scientist, I don't have a college degree and I can make errors.

NEITHER PRODUCTS ADDS UP WITH CURRENT RESEARCH ON FINDING REAL THERAPEUTICS!
Neither products mention the science of neuromodulation (using auditory stimulus and trigeminal nerve/vagus nerve stimulation to decrease the hyperactivity in the auditory brain that is caused tinnitus) such as genuine research here, most is happening in the clinic now!

These are real bio-companies using science based approaches to finding treatments for hearing loss, hearing disorders and tinnitus, they are not using quack medicine, they have peer reviewed results, publications and clinical trials. They don't rely on paid actors or online marketting gimmicks, they don't have to do any of that when they use the scientific method.

An internet marketer known as Daniel Toh from Auckland New Zealand ". Full name, Daniel Jun Heng Toh is a predatory scammer who preys on suffering people with various health conditions promising miracle cures by selling E-books and consumable products online trying to be anonymous and not reveal his real identity. He works with a well connected group of scammers from New Zealand and the United States and is notorious for hiring paid actors to review his products and fake social media campaigns to promote them as well as affiliate advertising which is shady in itself as his paid affiliates do the same thing. A common username he likes to use on the internet is "danieltoh711".

Daniel Toh was doaxed by me due to putting his username in the source code of his scam websites.

Daniel Toh first gained attention on this forum when he targeted tinnitus sufferers in Tonaki Tinnitus Protocol and Medicine Man Hearing Remedy BOTH now DEFUNCT, but also fake weight loss programs, now also DEFUNCT.

Fake herpes cure DEFUNCT, Fake Alzheimers Cure DEFUNCT, fake blindness cure DEFUNCT and a lot more if you check https://web.archive.org/web/20181115001038/https://sparkhealthmedia.com/jv/all-offers/

Let's make sure these scams get exploited and move on as a community to aim towards real therapeutics. If we don't fight back against scammers we will inevitable fail, it’s a world of truth vs lies.

Real medical breakthroughs will come from years of peer reviewed science and research, they will never come about through internet marketing/e-commerce promising a miracle cure.

Let's do some detective work on Mr. Ryan Shelton, He/his work can be traced down to USA Florida, and USA Illinois, USA Kansas, USA California, and USA Hawaii.

      https://www.southbeachskinlab.com/pages/dr-ryan-shelton
Skin care center in Florida he is/was associated with, it also cites his work and where he got his degree in Kansas.

      https://www.zoominfo.com/p/Ryan-Shelton/-959120819
This page also states his company Zenith Labs has some connection in Illinois

According to https://www.zoominfo.com/p/Ryan-Shelton/-959120819 it claims he is a M.D However this seems to be not true as we will soon discover by the info I am posting, this may be a simple error or deceit, we don't know how it got published. However to be fair the evidence I found states he is a Alternative Doctor . Which I personally have some problems with because it rejects the science based methods on how to treat conditions and serve patients. However that is not my main dispute against him.

      unknown.png

      unknown.png

It seems he does have a genuine degree, Masters in bio-chemistry. I don't have any reason to question his educational status, I believe it. Multiple sources such as South Beach Skin Labs are claiming this.

These two sources state he worked as a pharmaceutical director at a Compounding Pharmacy in San Diego, as well as a researcher and consultant.

      https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Compounding
Compounding Pharmacy is a genuine medical profession, in a nutshell it's people who modify the structure of medicine, an example would be turning a hard pill into a chewable gummy vitamin, or a instead of a pill maybe they will transform it into a medicated candy.

Here we can read some info about controversy with Naturopathic Doctors and Pharmaceutical Compounding
      https://sciencebasedmedicine.org/na...-compounding-pharmacies-a-deadly-combination/
      unknown.png

If you read this article you would find out a Naturopath practioner injected curcumin in a women and it accidentally killed her, and it happened in San Diego. This is not the same Compounding Company in San Diego Ryan Shelton worked for and it has nothing to do with Ryan Shelton directly, just an example of controversial issues that exist within the Naturopathic Community. Mr. Shelton worked at the University compounding pharmacy, San Diego , Mrs.Erick's homicide happened at the ImprimisRx Pharmacy, in San Diego.

Here are some other article's and sources from https://sciencebasedmedicine.org which discusses Naturopath's and their deemed "harmful interest" in Compounding Medicine
      https://sciencebasedmedicine.org/a-closer-look-at-vitamin-injections/
      https://sciencebasedmedicine.org/fda-efforts-to-improve-compounded-drug-safety-upsets-naturopaths/
Basically I don't consider it scientific or rational to inject someone with a a bunch of gummy vitamins and expect to cure their illness but apparently some of these quacky Naturopaths do, moving on.

I reported Ryan Shelton to the https://www.nabne.org/home/ North American Board of Naturopathic Examiners (where he received his naturopathic license) In a confidential email I received and was told he is currently in the State of Hawaii as a licensed Naturopathic Doctor. N.D, he is not an M.D. This also adds up with information given about him on his shady websites.

Just to outrule the possibility of him being an MD let's do his name on a doctor database search

After checking for his legitimacy here I outruled that he is not a real MD:
      https://doctorfinder.ama-assn.org/doctorfinder/
      upload_2019-2-5_12-28-25.png

      upload_2019-2-5_12-30-13.png
      https://www.nabne.org/home/

      upload_2019-2-5_12-30-48.png

      unknown.png

Conclusion, he is not an MD but we knew that ahead of time, also take note I did search his first name "Bill/William"

The main reason I am in opposition against Ryan Shelton is because he is associated with a known
Online marketing scammer/criminal named Daniel Toh, I am not an enemy of Ryan Shelton because he subscribes to controversial pseudo-scientific views or treats people with non-scientific medical advice, but rather because he does business with a medical scammer/criminal. If one had viewed the evidence above in the Tonaki Tinnitus Protocol thread, https://www.tinnitustalk.com/threads/tonaki-tinnitus-protocol-—-scam.30239/

It shows evidence beyond any reasonable doubt that this man "Daniel Toh from Auckland New Zealand" is a high profile seasoned e-commerce scammer preying on people with medical conditions like chronic pain, suffering, and disease for his own profit. Ryan Shelton is associated with Daniel Toh. Daniel Toh started Ryan Shelton's business "Zenith Labs" My entire argument is centric to pursuing Daniel Toh's arrest and imprisonment or at the very least keep his online marketting as far as possible away from any medical field.

Ryan's address (which I cannot list directly for legal reasons)

Locations like "Lawrence Kansas" and "Eudora Kansas" is also adding up with information above being very close proximity to "Overland Park Kansas" where he practices alternative medicine.

Evidence suggest he lives in may live in Lawrence or Eudora Kansas which is in close proximity to where he practices alternative medicine and previous history of him living in California and Hawaii of course.

I left a lovely review for his reputation here, and I will report him to the board of naturopathic doctors via email and attempt to revoke his license for working with scammers.

Here is a list of all of Zenith Lab's products by Dr. Ryan Shelton, I'm listing the keywords so people who search for these terms will be directed to this helpful thread so no one falls for these fake medicine and alleged scams, due to two products already being revoked as bullshit, and Daniel Toh's past marketing scams from SparkHealthMedia, it is logical to conclude the rest of their products are probably bullshit as well.

Why would you trust Ryan Shelton, now that you know what's really going on? All these products need heavy scrutiny, even if they do have some health benefits.

Quack Doctor, Ryan Shelton just posted his video advertising his hearing loss medicine.

Report this video please and show YouTube this thread about the corruption going on regarding Daniel Toh's scam empire.

He is giving some legitimate health advice, but he's still trying to sell the quackery pills for hearing loss.

Here's another company owned by Daniel Toh I just found, it is not Zenith Labs (Alpha link Trading) or SparkHealthMedia
(Spark Health Research Limited) It's a third company and in the medical equipment biz. Daniel Toh own's it with his wife Cherissa Irene Toh.

We might find more info on Toh's new scams. This company was registered mid 2018. (may 2018) I'm upset to say It slipped my guard.

They are protected by gaps in the law. We would have to advocate for laws or regulations from the FDA to change and do so without negatively impacting the supplement industry. I'm all for this.

Ryan Shelton was advertised as an actual Medical Doctor "M.D" when he is clearly not one in Daniel Toh's website's early archives. He is a legal Naturopathic Medicine Doctor "NMD or N.D" but not a M.D "medical doctor"

Ryan Shelton has been impersonating as if he were a real M.D. They might lie that MD meant "Medical Director" or it was just an error, however I don't think so. This man is impersonating a a real medical doctor when he's a total quack.

The credentials Ryan Shelton was given are intended to deceive, and they might try to bullshit out on the excuse that they meant "medical director".

Ryan Shelton is either a scammer, or the most gullible quack doctor on Earth that can't see he is part of an e-commerce scam empire.

I have directed him to look at the evidence of Daniel Toh's miracle cures, I was ignored. It is easier to believe he is part of a scam empire than to assume he is a dumb quack that is being used as a tool. We also have evidence he has been linked to SparkHealthMedia.

I cannot imagine Ryan Shelton being this gullible imagining dozens of medical breakthroughs are happening through a shady e-commerce company like SparkHealthMedia that already has made logical inconsistencies about tinnitus and hearing loss + more. If he really cared about defending Naturopathic Medicine and being a father and family man, why would he work for e-commerce scam empire in a foreign country?

What is a supposed respectable Naturopathic Doctor in the United States doing with a e-commerce "master mind" in Auckland, New Zealand? I wouldn't be chasing him down if it was just a Naturopathic Doctor, it's who he's connected with is why I suspect he is a scammer.

Ryan Shelton was a real Naturopathic GP and worked at a compounding pharmacy and probably did many good things in his past. He also obviously knows a lot about health, fitness and nutrition. However now he turned towards working with a scammer, so he's going to be treated like one.

Let's take a look at this video by Ryan Shelton. I'm going to make two points about it for now.

      1: Ryan Shelton Legal Blindness?

Ryan Shelton's Vision 20 video clip on a blindness claim
Ryan Shelton claimed he use to be legally blind, maybe he can legally prove it? Furthermore if this is true we need to prove the ingredients in his Vision20 supplement helped him undo his vision impairment?

Furthermore LASIK Eye Surgery and Gene Therapies will be disqualified because they are not natural. :D

      upload_2019-5-7_21-35-32.png

He then later goes on the video on foods that will supposedly improve vision health, but I don't think it can reverse macular degeneration or restore most standard cases of vision loss by any clinically significant margin however I can't debunk unfortunately so I'm forced to keep an open mind.

2: Fake/Paid Actors and Actresses Are Rampant

      Ryan Shelton's video
Finally Ryan Shelton advertises his Vision20 supplement and tells users that Vision20 is one of their best sellers, the feed back is amazing and people are seeing benefits and encourages them to view the feed back.

Let's take a look for ourselves at Vision20's feed back and all these paid actor/actresses reviewing it.

Health Fraud Scams -- Be Smart, Be Aware, Be...

This video made by the FDA is very useful and it is calling out quackery exactly like what Ryan Shelton is doing. The video even goes into details about what warnings to look out for. Some of this information matches Sparkhealthmedia/ Zenith Labs down to the bone.

Is Zenith Labs products cGMP certified, Inspected by the FDA and made in the US as claimed in http://zenithlabs.com/about/?

Let's search the FDA's inspection database:
      https://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/inspsearch/

      Nothing found after searching:
      Zenith Labs
      ZenithLabs
      AlphaLink
      Alpha Link
      Ryan Shelton

      Daniel Toh

Sadly these results are still inconclusive.

However SparkHealthMedia has a history of lying, Their old scam "American Health Collective" posed as a team of doctors with 1000's of followers. Obviously this is bullshit just all the rest of their claims.

I highly doubt these quacks are FDA inspected or even in the US.

      upload_2019-5-12_0-49-33.png

I don't even believe this is made in the US, I'm searching to find evidence.
