Quarrel with Parents — Stress

Greetings, guys. Recently, I quarreled with my parents. I was very nervous, and I broke the cupboard a little. All this, of course, was accompanied by screams. After that, I got a splash.

How do you think this is dangerous? I do not understand, it's because I was fidgety or screaming. How do you think? Was there someone like that?

 

Hi @IvanRus - I hope you have sufficiently calmed down and everything is quiet now at your home. When you say you got a "splash" I take it to mean you got a spike or increase in your tinnitus following the argument with your parents. If so, it was most probably due to your nervousness and the quarrel in which there was screaming. Severe stress and anxiety can worsen tinnitus but I believe this will only be temporary and will pass. Take care.
