I keep acquiring new tones from (get this) NOTHING. Got a new one today in my original tinnitus ear from doing absolutely nothing but laying about.

Literally I did nothing. Ate my usual food. Didn't listen to music. Just laid about and did internet surfing.

      NOTHING.

      F*** my life guys.

This will be tone number 13.

You can't hear that many tones at once!

Not at once. If I plug one ear at a time I can pick out each tone in each ear. There are in fact 13 distinct noises.
I don't have it the worst. I know an almost completely deaf woman who has 25 noises.

I'm sorry, but your method doesn't really work. I've tried it, and my tinnitus is still as loud and annoying.

Keep measuring your tinnitus like that and it will never go away.

My tinnitus is so loud I can hear it over the shower. On good days I can sorta kinda ignore it. Most days are not good or bad I just keep busy best I can and that helps.

I have multiple gong tones in both ears. Different pitches of tea kettle and broken tube tv, different pitched "Eeeee!" noises, nails on a chalkboard, the wind, and other noises that I can quite describe but they're really really weird.

I just wanted to bump this post because this girl gives me inspiration to keep going. Seems she was getting along ok with tinnitus heard over the shower.
