Reverb Sound from a Loud Noise or Clearing My Throat

Hi! So, earlier this month I was at prom. So much fun and all, except that the music was too loud. After prom and up to now, whenever I place a dish on the table, any noise, causes a quick vibration, or reverb of the noise. I have also been congested for a week and a half, and when I clear my throat, it makes the same noise. There is no pain. Could this be a problem with the Eustachian Tube?

Also, I have had about ten ear surgeries in my 18 years of life.
