Rooibos Tea (Redbush Tea) — Calming, Rich in Medicinal Benefits, Caffeine Free

I'm sure this has been discussed before. But i'm going to talk about it anyway for those (like me) that haven't seen a thread on redbush tea before.
When it comes to healthy teas and herbs etc, i'm not much of a believer. However i do like drinking redbush tea. It has no caffeine so is good for the evening. And it tastes nice. I used to drink it way before i got tinnitus after i heard it helps acid reflux. It doesn't help at all. I just like it, so carried on drinking it.

Anyway after having tinnitus for about three months, i bought a box and made my first red bush tea since t started. And i'm sure it helps my T. Obviously it doesn't stop it. In fact the difference isn't extreme. But after about 30-45 minutes of drinking a strong, black red bush tea my T seems to quieten. Perhaps only by about 15% or so. But regardless, a help is a help.

It's cheap to buy. So if you haven't tried it, it's worth giving a go. Good luck. And any positive, negative or even inconclusive outcomes welcome.

 

Im lookin for natural calming teas or supplements to try.. On nights when i want a benzo i wanna try drinking tea instead even if its all in my head it might help with my anxiety cause im "trying" something. Im gonna look for this!!

 

I think it is just another name for rooibus tea. I drink rooibus daily. I will have to pay attention to see if it has any effect on my T! Thanks for sharing that.
