Seeking Advice for Taking Vitamin B Complex

      Unknown
      Hi, everyone! I just bought a bottle of Vitamin B complex :)

      Does anyone have idea of the doses? Is this too much for one day? Thanks!! :p:love:

      Good day, ChineseHazel. That's a standard B-50 complex. One per day should be fine. Preferably take it with food.
