I can't sleep! I keep waking up every other hour. No consecutive hours ever. I don't understand how to push on with no sleep. The noise is so loud during the day too. They prescribed Gabapentin and Valium. I took it tonight for the first time and still no sleep.

I have not slept in two days. I think I'm going to apply apply SSI so I can get some medical care and try and find a solution.

I've been using Melatonin and Benadryl to help with sleep itself and started using a headband while sleeping in a recliner. It's working for now. I got an appt with a neurologist in a few months, maybe I can get some help or at least some real sleeping pills.
