Bad day 48 hours ago. Tinnitus and hyperacusis louder... (it seems... h for sure, t hard to say...)

Stayed in pub 15 minutes, no protection, music 60-75 dB

Hollow door slam near my ear, but not strong, no gust of win, slam distance 1 foot.

Cooking, pots and pans clanking and spoons etc...

      Should I worry?

t is louder at night but daytime same, actually had a few moments of very quiet t...

      Maybe I'm OK?

There was also a guy shooting pool, worried about loud cueball...

I am sure you will be fine. Might just take a few days too settle.

Invest in some ear plugs even -10db ones just too take the noise down a bit in busy environments.

Have another beer and forget about it. Your get to the point where your miss the noise if it goes ;-). Only messing mate. I got T real bad I have to take 600mg Pregabalin soon as I wake as T is on volume 6 - 7 sometimes 9 every morning. Not good but it could be worse I could be dead. Don't give up.
