I might have gotten a spike from sugar too. Ate a few bars of chocolate, shouldn't have eaten that much....

Hey guys i need an advice,
im having a bad ear day today and im very mental and i need answers haha.

On friday my tinnitus was super low.
it was amazing, never happend it before,
it sounded like if the pitch and the eee was losing power.
not even covering my ears was loud.
and for a few moments the "eeee" sound disappeared along with the hissing.

Yesterday i was excited to start my day,
i went to a friends house and she gave me something to drink
that had lots of sugar on it, but i was confident that maybe it wouldnt spike (since i take lots of care with it)
after a few minutes i noticed that that the hissing was super louder, i could hear it above everything
from 1... it went to a 6 in a few minutes.
i kept calmed and try to remain focus on other things.

today, i woke up and the hissing was still loud, it started to slow down.
but then all of the sudden, its loud again, its a solid 6.
and now i have some ear pain (no hyperacusis)
my left ear (bad ear) has a little pressure.
and my head hurst like hell.

      has anyone has experience this?
what could be happening, sorry for posting two threads today,
its just that this hasnt happening to me.

      thanks in advance.

@Mario martz , I have had times like you describe - a really good day or couple of days followed by a swing totally in the opposite direction, and then eventually better again. At times I've thought it was related to a food or stress or etc., and at times, it seems to just be random. Sometimes it is accompanied by a headache/weird feeling inside the head. Sometimes less so. The tinnitus can be unpredictable and not make any sense at all in its behavior. I'm hoping that it will settle down again for you!

      Thank you Pathmaker!
the thing is... that i have never felt "pressure" in the ear, since onset.
then friday was the best day in the world, it has never been that low, and "that gone"
then today and yestarday have been the worst t days since onset.
or maybe i was really getting used to good days.
but to be honest these days have been the loudest ever.

      just after the lowest day.

I've had those too, Mario. Days so good I was certain that it was on its way out, forever! And then, five horrible days right afterwards! This has happened to me a few times. I think I am getting to a point where I don't let myself make any judgement about what it "means" on the good day OR the bad day!

Hey did you ever try Campral? I called the doctor's office today about it and I am waiting to see if she will approve me taking it.
