Static Hisssssss with the Occasional Beep Tone

Hello fellow tinnitus folk,
My name is Fox. I am new to the site and to tinnitus. Only had mine for six months, so I guess I don’t qualify for a free T-Shirt yet.. lol

I have tried a few things so far with nothing working as yet. I have Chronic Cluster Headaches (past 24 years) I spend around 14 hours a day in severe pain from an average of seven attacks a day, everyday. It’s enough to make you want to end it all, but! I always find a way not too. But now I have T on top of this, it never switches off, it gets louder during attacks.

I am seeking any and all helpful advice please. Or hopeful stories of people who have managed to habituate the tinnitus.

I should also apologise in advance for bad spelling and grammar. I suck bad at both ‍♂️
