It's only been 14hrs and my body is already punishing me. Apart from feeling light headed and disoriented, my ears are popping more than usual and the tension that I've been having in my neck and shoulders for 3 yrs is now shifting in a really strange way causing my Eustachian tubes to open.

Bloody hell, I'm on the verge of a major panic attack. I feel awful.

I went through the same thing in january and after a couple of days it went away. You just have to hang in there. Don't have any other advice for you I'm afraid. Just keep going. You will thank yourself later.

You will be so proud of yourself for coming off them.
