Stress introduced tinnitus

      Tinnitus Since:
      I see that sometimes the you refer T to be stress introduced. I just find that so hard to be true for severe T. I believe that there always is a trigger like a noise trauma, mechanical trauma or toxic drug. It might also be an old nerve damage that alone donĀ“t is enough to generate T but with this new trigger sets your body into "red alert". Then it just spins of....

      If your lucky the origin of your T might solve itself but you still have mild T because of your brain is memorizing it. In this stage i believe that psychological factors might have an impact in order to refocus.
