After the onset of your tinnitus, if you experienced severe stress, how did it affect your tinnitus?

  1. I did not experience serious stress after the onset of my tinnitus

  2. Stress does not affect my tinnitus in any way

  3. Stress makes my tinnitus worse temporarily - then everything returns to the previous level

  4. Strong stress makes my tinnitus worse irreversibly

      Hello, I'm wondering how stress affects your ears and tinnitus? After the appearance of tinnitus, if you experienced severe stress, how did it affect your tinnitus?

      Cause of Tinnitus:
      loud noise and very bad sickness
      Stress can amplify the tinnitus and the ringing BIGTIME! It can create new levels of hell, I been there and done that myself...many many times. Reducing stress is very important and there are many techniques that folks, can use to get a better grip on their stress.

      Life is going to have stress, but trying to reduce it can be helpful :)
