Those Who Have Hard Time Getting Asleep — Have You Heard of 4-7-8 Breathing Technique?

      I've tried this for couple of nights and it really does something! First I had a problem with the counting but now I've figured it out. I can definitely say it makes me fall asleep quicker than normally :)

      Hi @arctic loon
      Sounds very similar to something called four square breathing. There are a lot of breathing techniques out there, used in meditation, anxiety control, etc. And yes, a lot of them really help. I use four square breathing for anxiety. Secret is to practice it so when you use it, your body will more quickly respond.
