      This link provides information and association for most of us with tinnitus.

      If you click on the blue link within the article it will explain how TMJ causes tinnitus.

      In my opinion a good method to stop further damage is to use the @Jazzer method. To keep the mouth relaxed as much as possible.

      @Greg Sacramento , @Elfin ,
      - that’s very kind of you.

      The credit really goes to my therapist who thirty years ago cured my TMJ pain.
      My temples ached so much for literally years, that I was convinced I had cancer there.
      She taught me all about the necessity for a soft mouth, and a hanging jaw.
      “David - always be aware of where your tongue is - Never pushed up against the roof of your mouth!”

      That message is a life long gem.
