      Cause of Tinnitus:
Clogged ears cause by earwax buildup
Hello people, My name is Clark and I'm a healthy 25 years old with no allergies or any disease. Sickness is also very rare for me as i have never been sick for the past 8 years.

I just wanted to share how i got my tinnitus after doing a simple basic hygiene that all of us humans do in our daily lives. Last week, Saturday i believe, I decided to finally clean my ears after having a good shower, I used the conventional q-tips like always and did it like any other day and but after i finished cleaning it, i started hearing this hissing sound on my right ear.

Somehow I started to feel like my right ear is clogged and i hear this high pitched hissing sound, did a little bit of research here and there and found out that using q-tips was never the best way to clean your ears and i might have accidentally push the wax further down in my ear canal.

I decided to observed my situation for about 3 days, researching on what i can actually do to stop the ringing, i did use the olive oil method, the warm cloth method to removed the wax but none of them worked. there was the peroxide method but I was too scared to use it, so i kind of passed from it. Because none of these seems to worked, im down to my last resort and visited a local GP, He asked me if i have any allergies, cold, sore throat or any sickness at all and i said no to everything. He then said that it might be an ear wax build up and did the ear irrigation or syringing on my right ear.

After the procedure, the feeling of my right ear being clogged is gone and the tinnitus went on a lower pitch. it is still there but can somehow be ignored when your busy at something else. Whenever i go to sleep i simply listen to this

to masked the noise and it currently works for me. Next week i will seek for an advice from an ENT specialist, as well as a thorough check up on my right ear. Im hoping that i get better real soon and for the others as well. I definitely miss the silence and once its gone ill do everything to take care of it the right way.

P.S sorry for the long message, i just wanted to be as clear as possible
