Good morning guys, I got diagnosed with tinnitus a month ago but I also have an insane sensitivity about high frequency noises. It even hurts a little when people talk and even with fabric rubbing against each other or walking or touching sand paper drives me crazy, can't even concentrate.

So anyone could be so kind to advise me about these symptoms? Appreciate your help guys.

      Hi @Rodribs

Please click on the links below and read my articles on tinnitus that you might find helpful. Try to read them in full and not skim through them. Since your tinnitus was caused by loud noise, I advise you not to use headphones for a while even at low volume.

      All the best
      Michael
