Hello. Who can answer? Today at work I missed a lunch break, and was forced to dine at a fast food kiosk. I bought myself a bun with meat. It was with a spicy seasoning. I had to eat it.

How do you think spicy food can affect tinnitus? Do you often eat spicy food?

It totally depends on the tinnitus cause, I imagine. Spicy food has no effect on my tinnitus (I love it so I eat it regularly)... In fact, nothing in my diet has had an impact on the tinnitus.

Spicy food might actually be good for tinnitus from ETD... The resulting increased mucus production can help get the gunk stuck in the ear flowing.

I don’t have a problem with eating spicy food!
