Tinnitus and the beach. Where do you go?

Today was a very loud day at church. Everyone complain about the noise and i endured it. But anyway it aggravated my T and i was really haveing a hard time but because the beach is 2 feet away me and my bf sat down at the beach. The waves, wind and the fresh smell of the clear blue water was calming. Did not hear my T at all. Just wondering where do you'll go to give you some relief? For now on i will just go on the beach. I did a lot of studying too, i will probably be ready for my exam 2morro

My T is loud, still searching for a quieter place. Glad you found a place for relief, gives me hope.

 

You will leah. And although your T is loud u can look for a place not to necessarily mask it, but to bring peace and just make it less of a annoyance

 

What the beach can do is letting you feel relax. Stress can aggravate tinnitus. Beach also gives you masking by wave sound. It is all good for you. I am in Hawaii now so I will hang around beaches all day, lol. I also find bubbling creek and rapids great.

If there would be a beach around the corner, I probably would be there 24/7.

 

I live on a island so i am pretty use to the beach. It's like going to a park.

 

The ocean produces Negative Ions and thats good for you.

 

The beach and the shower are the times I can relax from my T. I also went to adult soccer games at rec centers, between focusing the game while eating and the breeze my T really seems to diminish.
