My T gets significantly louder when I concentrate on something for a long time, be it work, a game, or whatever. Im not sure yet if it's the mental work, posture problems, or something else.

Anyways, ive been waiting for Fallout 4 (a game if you dont kn0w) for a while, and T be damned, im playing it. Unfortunately, this means loud T. Luckily it doesn't bring on a huge response from me anymore. At most mild annoyance. Not letting T rule my life.

The same thing happened since to me.
I still have to work on the second part though; not letting T rule my life, it still annoys the shit out of me, after 7 years.
How loud is your T when it is loud?

When it's loud i hear it above the noise of my car while driving.

Hi I have had ringing in my right ear for 3 days and its a high pitched ring. I've been sick and my nose is a little stuffed, and I just woke up and and my right ear felt clogged and couple hours later I hear ringing should I be worried and will it go away

It will probably go away after you are healthy again.

It's funny you say posture, mine gets significantly more annoying while slouching, when sitting up it's more tolerable.
