Tinnitus Is Loud for 3-4 Days and Then Barely Noticeable for 3-4 Days

This cycle has been repeating itself for the last 2 months, why is this? Why does it basically go away for 3-4 days then it comes back... Before this I had tinnitus 95% of the days, now it's 50/50 days with tinnitus.

 

Are you taking any medication? Mine T began a few weeks ago and rang for 5 days non stop and completely went away the 6th day. It comes and goes now in relation to the meds I take.

 

Same hear...off and on.

 

I have had T for 9 months and it's gotten better. Just started taking the lipo-flavonoids for 1 month now and my T has gotten a little worse, but gonna stay on them for the suggested 2 months.

 

It makes no sense, mine is basically 4 days on then 4 days off. The off days it's still there, but not noticeable.

 

There really is no explanation. Most mild T comes and goes depending on which part of your brain is more active at the time. Happens to alot of people including me

 

I dont understand mine either, it comes and goes then it gets weaker and louder, just hoping that its a sign of T going away

 

Happens to me, I have some pretty quiet days and it's frustrating when it comes back, never knowing when, or if, it will calm down again. I really don't keep track of the percentages, but I think it's present more than it's not.

They say it's harder to habituate with this type of syndrome, but most people with full-on 24/7 T would give their eye teeth for some occasional relief so I'm not complaining.
