Tinnitus Is Louder from Cinema

Hey TT family,

Recently went to the cinema to enjoy a movie, but had to leave before it ended. It was so loud and uncomfortable. I had a decent set of earplugs in, but the bass was so loud it was rattling my body. Why do they need to have the volume and bass cranked so high. I guess before tinnitus I never really noticed how loud it was inside the cinema.

Now my tinnitus is a bit louder and has more tones. I’m hopeful it will fade.

Anyone successfully enjoy movies and have any advice? Thank you friends!

Cinema topic had been discussed before in TT forums.
Some people pro & some against going to movies.
Personally, I don't go.
But, you really want to enjoy life then
need to protect your ears very well.

 

Thank you @robHing I’ll search the forums. I just hope this new noise subsides it’s more like a rumbling noise. It’s awful.
