Tinnitus Is Low — However Am Obsessed — Any Tips?

      Tinnitus Since:
      09/2017
      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Sound (NASCAR race)
      Other than when it is quiet, I can rarely hear my tinnitus. However, I don't think I would be able to hear it much if I wasn't obsessed. Do any of you have any tips?

      Cause of Tinnitus:
      loud noise and very bad sickness
      Two words = Time + Support

      Both of these helped me and numerous other people.....

      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Extreme stress, sinus infection
      I would suggest you continue with those activities which have interested you all along since keeping occupied really does help minimize your awareness of sound especially if you are one who obsesses about it. Being busily engaged helps you to refocus and concentrate on what you are currently doing.
