I have had this dam T thing for many years. No matter how hard I try to let it go and try to forget about it,it just stays there. Cant concentrate, want to sleep all day. Plus dam ears are clogged feeling.

I asked a doctor (walk in clinic) yesterday to set me an appointment to see an ENT and all she said was to take a sinus spray she prescribed me and we will make an appointment after I try the sinus spray for a while. I know dam well the sinus spray wont work. I have tried that before. Also costs 43 bux.

Dam..I am at my witts end. Lately just feel like ending it all. I wouldnt kill myself ,but it sure is in my mind

Try steam inhalation ,twice a day for two days to unblock your tubes.
Have your ears checked for wax build up and keep pushing for a ENT appointment and hearing tested..lots of love glynis

      Hi amandine,

I have tried different nasal sprays, ear candling. Have been prescribed drugs for anxiety etc. Years ago I was told I have eustechian tube disfunction on the right side but the specialist basically didnt have any advice as to what can be done. Basically he dad "live with it attitude"

      Hi glynis

I will try that steam inhalation. Any type of essential oils that you think may help?. I dont have any oils , but I could buy some. I have himalayan salt....not sure if that can be used

      Thanks

Have you tried Flonase? It's better than the other over the counter sprays. Works wonders for me. Took away the full feeling and popping noises.
Also, you HAVE to give the Back To Silence method a try.

I'm pretty sure you need a prescription for Flonase :)

      It's GREAT stuff.
The other nose sprays shrink your blood vessells
but Flonase is a mild steroid that works differently somehow and doesn't give you rebound problems when you decrease or stop it.
You can get it over the counter now. My doctor recommended it for T, also.

Thanks for the info. I should give it a shot. Any idea what the cost for the nose spray?. Also, the name of the nose spray that my doc prescribed to me is Omnaris. I didnt pick it up. It costs 42 bux canadian. Should I get the Flonase over the Omnaris?

      Thanks

It looks like the same stuff. Not exactly the same, but pretty close. I'd get the one that's cheaper.

I started reading about Flonase. It seems like people have alot of side effects while taking flonase, such as headaches and anxiety etc...
