Tinnitus of 5 Years Reduces When Rubbing the Left Side of the Back of My Head

      Tinnitus Since:
      2016
      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Unkown
      2 weeks ago I discovered that rubbing the left side behind my head reduces the tinnitus from about a 5/10 to a 2/10 sometimes 1/10 until I stop. I made a longer post about my tinnitus yesterday if you are interested with more of my concerns.

      What can this mean? I know we have tendons there. My tinnitus is mostly a problem in my left ear and the left side of my neck cracks 9/10 times if I wanted to.
