      Good evening.

Is it possible that my spike, which started last night, could be caused by a low pressure rainy weather system? Thanks very much.

A spike can happen for any reason. Stress/anxiety causes tons of spikes, if you keep thinking of that spike...it can just hang around and annoy you. If you do have a spike, try to relax yourself and mind. Clear that mind from thinking about the noise. It's not easy to do, but it can be done.
