Tinnitus Started 4 Days Ago, Panicking Now, Any Tips

Hey guys I've been listening to loud music for a bit now and a couple days ago I started hearing ringing in ears, I have a hard time sleeping, any tips to either solve the problem or reduce it?

@Gabriel Berube Yes. First off don't fall prey to panic. Second off rush and find a good ENT doc (by that I mean one that doesn't tell you "you just gotta learn to live with it"). You need to get on a course of Prednisone asap or intravenous therapy (they add corticosteroids in there too) + a standard course of Betahistine/Betaserc. Third off, read the "don't panic guide on here" and make a plan. I'm no fortune teller but your chances of getting rid of it may be high. Best of luck
