Tinnitus Stronger Since a Week Ago

Hallo everybody,

My tinnitus has been increased since last week.
I had a wonderful break for two days (it was really clamed down that I could not notice it even in a quiet place) and then started again. During night, very strong and scary.
What I noticed is that before this spike I was depressed and I also consume a lot of coffee.

Any similar experience? Could this be a permanent spike?

What makes you think it couldn't? Spikes can be permanent

 

The fact that I had spikes before that faded away. But this one seems to last longer. I've also read some stories about spikes that come and go. Try to stay positive but at the same time ready to face reality.
