Tinnitus pounds and it pounds to the rhythm of the heart, Tinnitus rings and it whooshes, as it pulls our lives apart
Tinnitus clicks and it ticks, like an old clock on the wall, Tinnitus chirps like a bird, sending out a mating call
Tinnitus whines and it whistles, like a teapot's singing cry, Tinnitus buzzes and it whizzes, like a bee flying by
Tinnitus knows your heart rate, if it pulsates in your head, Tinnitus can make it hard sometimes, to want to go to bed
Tinnitus will steal your silence and rarely give it back, Tinnitus may always be there, no matter where your at
Tinnitus can change to worse, with the stresses of the day, Tinnitus can bring us to our knees, to pray Tinnitus goes away
Tinnitus throbs and Tinnitus throbs, causing suffering and pain, Tinnitus steals from our lives, which may never be the same
Tinnitus has many pitches and volumes, high and low, Tinnitus can last forever, or Tinnitus can come and go
Tinnitus can sing like a dolphin, who swims in the sea, Tinnitus makes me feel "a dolphin " is what I'd rather be
Tinnitus sizzles and it pops, like a steak being fried, Tinnitus howls like the wind, as it's strongly blowing by
Tinnitus sound like cicadas, that are singing in the night, Tinnitus can't last forever, if we don't give up the fight!

T can make it hard sometimes to want to go to bed

Oh Hale and Sing to the times we dream
      When T is not around
      To spoil everything
Oh Hale and sing to pushing T aside
      Forget that T's a pest
      And laugh until we cry

T throbs and it throbs causing suffering and pain
T steals from our lives which may never be the same
T has many pitches and volumes high and low

Writing music is my autonomia from PT, I have found memories of visiting Nea Makri and I will always remember how the people there, really knew how to embrace and celebrate life, as they do today. I hope this post finds you in good spirits today. "Steen ee ya sas" TinA#7oct

Thank you, I’m glad you posted Glynis for I have question? What tea do you drink? Thanks again

      Oh Lord I’m crying out
      Please silence the beast
      This noise in my head
      So I can sleep

If I could only rest my mind
      And shed my fear
      I might have the strength
      To persevere

      I haven’t the means
      So what can I do?
      You are my hope
      So I’m asking you

I wrote this, saddened by a post today.
      Thank you again! TinA#oct
