Too Loud Silence?

Sometimes it squeals me something, for 3 seconds.
I sit in silence (behind closed doors game TV).
From letting go of something silent, it also happened to me once (in the other ear).
Does it mean something bad?
Reactivity is to blame?
Is this a harmless symptom?
What to do with this?

 

Fleeting T, totally benign, it also happens to non T people.

 

Ok, but it happens more often since I have T (several times, still not much, but more often than before T).
Is it possible to remedy this?

 

No, it'll come and go, sometimes you won't have one for month and at other times you'll have several a day.

If i didn't have tinnitus i'd even find fleeting T amusing and very interesting to experience.
