Anybody ever travel with bus. I want to go to spain with the bus but just want to know if this could make T worse.

Might want to look into noise-cancelling headphones if you really worry. I flew to Japan and back wearing those with no (permanent) worsening of my T. They're expensive but I'd say worth it for people with our condition who still want to travel.

I've not traveled long distances by bus, only 30km and shorter. Buses can be loud, especially when sitting in the back where the engine is, or in the front if the driver opens a window or something :/ Try sitting somewhere in middle :)
You should be safe with earplugs, though. I don't think they're that loud. Touring buses should be even more comfortable and probably quieter.
