      Hi guys,

I have two frequencies really. One really high and a little lower. Its really had to nail my frequency. Does it have to be spot on, or can it be like around 6000 to 1000? I have been using the ACRN from general fuzz. But I don't know, is your tinnitus supposed to go straight away? Or does it take time?

Can I make my own ACRN loop with the correct frequency then add some nice wave sounds to it? Will that affect its efficiency?

      Any help will be great!
      thanks

Yeah that's normal, my right ear has a different frequency than my left. My left ear I have multiple sounds.

Yeah its my right ear that has more than one. I find it hard to get the frequency right for ACRN. How did you get on?
