Ugh!

Just sitting here listening to a podcast and i'm very annoyed because its accompanied by my loud screaming T. I hate this. How the hell can this issue go unanswered. If this never happened, id be excited about my day, thinking about what fun activity to do next. Now I just can't wait for this podcast to end so I can turn on my sound machine and go to sleep.

I was thinking of you just yesterday, hoping you're fine since you haven't posted much lately!

 

When I get that type of thinking, I'll take a shower and put the TV on with a some crickets or rain. Turn the TV to a reasonably low level. I haven't read a comic in while, but I'm going to try. If I can't, I'll watch something. I just tell myself to get the hell out my head. Don't dwell and you still have a damn life. It gets unbearable a lot but I have people counting on me. Mine is pretty damn loud, can hear it over the music at work and the TV. Writing this as much for myself and you. Sorry, I hope it helps a little.

 

I hear ya. The reactivity is the the worst part. I can't enjoy music or watching tv/movies the same.
