      Tinnitus Since:
      september 2017
      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Not sure maybe Otitis Media
So I'm getting creative and just did the valsalva, after exhaling all my air, and inhaling just 1 puff of salbutamol (generic worldwide blue inhaler)

I was surprised at the results, I was careful not to fully inhale it into my lung as it would get too diluted with a lungful of air. I basically inhaled a microsecond until it was in my throat then valsalva'd it up into my ears.

For about 3 seconds i faded into silence then total deafness then faded back to normal hearing with a reduced tinnitus tone. It definitely did SOMETHING, which surprised me as I find it very hard to make any fluctuation to tinnitus at all...

I'm gonna keep up with this and report back here, feel free to try it and let me know what you think.

Again, only inhale the spray until it's at the back of your throat, so you can easily valsalva it into your eustachian tubes, don't take a full breath and get it all diluted with air.

I would not recommend doing that.
Get a steroid nasil spray off your doctor.
