Very Strange Spike Middle of the Night

I've been struggling for 6 months with T since going to an outdoor concert. The T has been SLOWLY improving (about 50% better) but last night it spiked in the middle of the night for no reason. It actually woke me up, and for a couple hours I laid in bed very upset.

I finally feel back to sleep, and when I woke up 4 hours later, my spike was gone and I was back to my baseline, maybe even a tiny bit better.

What the heck just happen? Has anyone else had something like this happen?

 

Yes I also have spikes when I wake up in the middle of the night and they seem to go after a couple of hours (of sleep).

What kind of improvements are you noticing if I may ask?

 

I get these and again just seems another mystery that is this hell we call Tinnitus
