We Are Not Stuck in Vain

It has been a year since I got my tinnitus.

Now I am at E.N.T for a check. I feel calm and I'm not afraid of what the doctor will tell me although my left ear did feel awful yesterday night.

I am in the third year of my college life, sometimes I feel overwhelmed because of my anxiety disorder. I always on the road of "worrying". Worry this or worry that. I can't always depend on my intimate friends, because most of the time they don't know what I am facing: my T, my endless worries (I know there are also loads of burden and obstacles in their lives).

There were lots of to-dos on my list before I got my T. But, after T…My planner kept empty for a long long while.

I don't remember the exact time when I decided to move on. I don't want to control by anything.Chasing freedom is the hardest thing in this world I guess.

ACTUALLY I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT I WANNA SAY TODAY.

Just want everyone in this forum to know, we are marching on.

Yes.i think.But my H is still not improved
