I have discovered something weird . If my wife uses a certain cup to make tea , when she stirs the cup my tinnitus drops to almost nothing !
It has to be that cup and it HAS to be tea in it ! It is when the spoon hits the side of the cup that my tinnitus drops .
I wonder if it is something to do with the frequency of the spoon resonating the cup .
Maybe I should record the sound and play it on loop.
My T has ramped up to massive levels this last week or so and is not dropping during the day as it used to .
I am back to having panic attacks and feeling very desperate. I am beyond miserable because i had all but habituated it after my breakdown.
